By accessing or using the Perfect Score website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

Our Services

Perfect Score provides financial education, debt management support, and credit file improvement services. Our services may include:

  • Reviewing your credit files with Equifax, Illion and Experian
  • Lodging disputes with credit providers or reporting bodies based on information you provide
  • Providing general financial education relating to budgeting, credit behaviour and money management
  • Communicating with creditors or credit reporting bodies where authorised
  • Assisting clients and brokers to understand credit file information for the purpose of improving finance eligibility

All services are delivered digitally by phone, email, SMS or online platforms. No physical goods are supplied.

Perfect Score is not a lender, credit provider, financial adviser or legal adviser. Nothing we provide should be interpreted as legal advice, financial advice, lending advice or a guarantee of any financial outcome.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must also reside in Australia.

Privacy & Data Handling

We collect, use and store personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information and credit information as permitted by law or authorised by you in writing. You also authorise us to obtain information from credit reporting bodies, brokers or financial institutions where that information is relevant to the services requested.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.

Fees & Payment Terms

Fees are based on the number of defaults and the complexity of the credit file. A written quote is provided after the free assessment. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule at the time of sign-up.

• Payment plans must be maintained as agreed
• Late or missed payments may delay or suspend service delivery
• We may suspend or cancel services if payments are not maintained

Where services are suspended or cancelled due to non-payment, no refund is payable

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted to support@perfectscore.com.au. Refunds will only be provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds may be issued if:
• A major failure in our service occurs
• You are entitled to a remedy under consumer guarantees
• You were charged more than the amount agreed in writing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Change-of-mind cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

Results & Guarantees

We do not guarantee the removal of any default, correction of any listing, an increase in your credit score, approval of finance, or any specific response from creditors or credit reporting bodies. All outcomes rely on factors outside our control, including creditor records, legislation and the accuracy of information supplied by you.

We guarantee that we will perform our services with due care, skill, professionalism and in accordance with Australian law.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide true, complete and current information at all times
• Respond to requests for information promptly
• Cooperate with your assigned consultant
• Keep login details secure and confidential
• Not mislead or provide falsified documents
• Make payments on time as agreed

You are responsible for all actions taken on your account and for any consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Use the website for unauthorised or illegal purposes
  • Copy, reverse engineer or misuse any part of the website or content
  • Transmit malware, spam or unauthorised communications

All content including text, images, logos and training materials remains the intellectual property of Perfect Score and may not be copied, shared or distributed without written consent.

Broker and Third-Party Referrals

You may be referred to third-party service providers such as brokers, lenders or finance-related businesses, including Ausloans Finance Group and Drive Wholesale. These third parties operate independently of Perfect Score. We do not accept liability for any advice, decisions, products, outcomes or services provided by third parties.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint:

  2. Include your name, contact details and a clear summary of the issue
  3. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within 7 business days
